Our Offerings

Aurora identifies and develops breakthrough collaborations to accelerate system change. We scan the landscape to identify untapped partnerships and unprecedented collaborations — we call these constellations.

A constellation brings together actors working on different parts of a system challenge to combine their strengths and unlock new paths of action.

There are several entry points to the work we do with coalitions, conveners and communities. To reflect this, our offerings have been designed in a modular way and can be thoughtfully combined to meet the moment.

Landscape Mapping

We map actors and activities across a full system, identifying untapped synergies, unlikely partnerships, intersection points and diverse perspectives to  create new constellations.

Funder Coalitions

We create funding partnerships, across both philanthropies and impact investors, to channel resources into the most meaningful intersection points of activation in a system.

Activation Sprints

We design and facilitate activations for diverse collaborators in a system. These timebound activations mobilize partners to take action, building trust and momentum along the way.

Convening Design

We design and facilitate meaningful convenings in service of advancing system-scale change. Convenings are artfully designed to create the connections that enable collaborators to move at the speed of trust.

Capacity Building

We share our methods, practices and tools to help organizations  level up on collective action. We offer learning experiences that make the magic and mechanics of collaboration accessible.

Current Constellations

Informed by interviews and research across the impact landscape — including funders, non-profit leaders, corporate leaders, scientists, practitioners and activists — Aurora is actively developing these constellations.

Women Leaders X Apparel Value Chain

An initiative to increase women leaders across the apparel value chain, from the factory floor to the boardroom.

We are actively building constellations of new activity at the intersection of the private sector, NGOs and philanthropies. We are currently fundraising and recruiting partners to support development.

Global Health X Climate Action

An initiative to align action at the intersection of global health and climate action, with a particular focus on women

We are currently conducting interviews with subject matter experts to map the landscape. We are identifying opportunities to activate new partnerships between leading organizations.

Innovative Finance X Conservation

An initiative to unlock innovative financing solutions to fund groundbreaking collaborations for land stewardship and conservation.

We are currently identifying constellations of funders and practitioners looking for new ways to resource collaboration at the intersection of conservation, agriculture, and tourism. We are seeking anchor partners to incubate this initiative.
